(A) AGENCY (LETTING SALES)
Gatdabless Contractors will coordinate real estate transactions by assembling buyers and sellers and acting as their advocates during negotiations. Identify tenants with impeccable reputations to inhabit the property, taking into account the prospective tenant's character, stability of income, living habits, and compatibility with co-tenants in terms of social class and obligations are all factors that will all be considered.
(B) MANAGEMENT OF THE PROPERTY
Our team has the experience and dedication to manage commercial, residential, and industrial properties of all types and sizes. Management encompasses all aspects of everyday, monthly, and yearly services, such as tenant selection, collection of rents, services charge administration, insurance, enforcing Landlord and tenant's obligations and other lease covenants, the supervision of service and maintenance contracts and the implementation of rent reviews and lease renewals.
(C)FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
We will promptly handle all structural repairs that are necessary for the maintenance of the building structure. Repairs that involve roof leaks, periodic decoration, such as painting, and replacing broken pipes are usually involved. The building's other components that require repair or maintenance include doors, drain pipes, electrical repairs, fire fighting equipment, and water pump repairs.
-Staff employment: We shall ensure that the staff carry out their jobs diligently. We shall conduct unscheduled and spontaneous inspections at intervals to keep the staff on their toes. For this property, the following staff will be required; security guards (night and day shifts) as well as, gardener / cleaner for maintenance of common parts.
